We aim to be very flexible and will always seek to resolve any problem you may have with an item you have purchased.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, to do this, fill out a contact form and tell us the reason for your return. Alternatively, you can contact us via email.
Should you have a problem with anything you have purchased, please contact us with details of the problem with your purchase. The best way to do this is to email us: admin@bandmcollectables.co.uk, please make sure that you also provide us with a picture.
